Born in Naples and raised in London.

Our founders Emanuele and Melo came from Italy with the dream of building a truly authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria in the heart of the city.

100% Italian Ingredients

Our ingredients are 100% Italians and DOP (Denomination Protected Origin).

Our tomato sauce is San Marzano and grows only in the Volcanic area of Campania, the quality of our ingredients reflects our passion and commitment to producing London’s best tasting pizzas.

The flour we use is stone crushed and is the secret to our light and fluffy dough. Ovvietà, unlike the commonly found “00 flour”, lends itself to easy digestibility and has many health benefits.

Our crust

Cinquecento (500) ignites from the temperature of the Neapolitan oven used to produce the indulgent flavours and textures of the infamous Neapolitan pizza dough.

Our daily kneaded dough is freshly prepared by our Pizzaiolo’s and left to rise for up to 48 hours to create fluff and lightness for easy digestibility.


We are currently operating on a walk in basis. We do however accept reservations for bookings of 6+, please contact your chosen restaurant directly via phone.
