Born in Naples and raised in London.

Our founders Emanuele and Melo came from Italy with the dream of building a truly authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria in the heart of the city.

100% Italian Ingredients

Our ingredients are 100% Italians and DOP (Denomination Protected Origin).

Our tomato sauce is San Marzano and grows only in the Volcanic area of Campania, for this reason tastes like sugar without any other seasoning.

Our flour is stone crushed and it is the most healthy one in the commerce, ovvietà it is much more expensive than “00 flour”, but at the same time is the one that “is good for you”.

Our crust

Cinquecento (500) ignites from the temperature of the Neapolitan oven used to produce the indulgent flavours and textures of the infamous Neapolitan pizza dough.

Our daily kneaded dough is freshly prepared by our Pizzaiolo’s and left to rise for up to 48 hours to create fluff and lightness for easy digestibility.


We are currently operating on a walk in basis. We do however accept reservations for bookings of 6+, please contact your chosen restaurant directly via phone.
