This Story started around 12 years ago in a famous pizzeria in Brixton Village.

This pizzeria was the first place where all this passion and experience came from.

100% Italian Ingredients

Our ingredients are 100% Italians and DOP (Denomination Protected Origin).

Our tomato sauce is San Marzano and grows only in the Volcanic area of Campania, for this reason tastes like sugar without any other seasoning.

Our flour is stone crushed and it is the most healthy one in the commerce, ovvietà it is much more expensive than “00 flour”, but at the same time is the one that “is good for you”.

Our crust

Cinquecento (500) ignites from the temperature of the Neapolitan oven used to produce the indulging flavours and textures of the infamous Neapolitan pizza dough.

Our daily knead dough is freshly prepared by our Pizzaiolo and left to rise for up to 48 hours to create fluff and lightness for easy digestibility.


We are currently operating on a walk in basis. We do however accept reservations for bookings of 6+, please contact your chosen restaurant directly via phone.
